Reservation Terms and Conditions

Full, non-refundable, deposits are required for online bookings. A 6% convenience fee is payable at check-out. Please call to reserve for the minimum $100 non-refundable deposit. All payments made are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due (7) days prior to your ceremony date and (14) days prior for ceremonies booked on Holidays and Specialty dates. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time. You may reschedule your wedding a minimum of 7 days prior to the wedding without penalty. Any rescheduling made within 7 days will incur a 75.00 fee or a forfeiture of your deposit. Specialty dates and Holidays require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for any rescheduling. Any rescheduling made within 14 days will incur a 75.00 fee or a forfeiture of your deposit. Requests for Elvis are subject to availability. Floral requests are subject to availability. Exact color matches are not guaranteed. Payments and deposits made to the chapel are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or cancel, your purchases are good for one year from the original date of purchase. Full refunds may be issued if the reservation is canceled within 24-hours of booking and canceled more than thirty (30) days before your originally confirmed date and time. No shows will result in a forfeiture of all deposits made to the chapel.

The Little Vegas Chapel is not liable in the event of cancelation/rescheduling due to an act of God, war, invasion, civil unrest/disturbances, or military actions.
