What do I need to get married in Las Vegas?
The first thing you will need is a marriage license issued by the state of Nevada. You can obtain one from the Marriage License Bureau ($77) at:

The Marriage License Bureau’s hours are:
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.(Midnight) Seven Days a Week – 365 days a year
To obtain your marriage license in Las Vegas, both parties must appear in person before a Clerk at a Clark County Marriage Bureau location.Identification to prove your name and age is required. Can I get married in Las Vegas without a marriage license?
Yes you can! However, the ceremony would be for entertainment only. A Renewal of Vows, Friendship, or Commitment ceremony would be possible. You cannot legally be married in Las Vegas without a marriage license.
